Behind the lens - Georges at The Cove photoshoot
George's at the Cove has been a Teneleven client since 2004. We typically outsource major photography projects, however, we are capable to meet our clients photographic needs when requested.
Last week, when Trey Foshee, Executive Chef at George's at the Cove, prepared a TBL3 menu (more photos at www.georgesatthecove.com/TBL3) for a particular client, I showed up with my photo equipment and spent my evening in a very busy kitchen. Trying to catch the best moments while being as discrete as possible is a real challenge. Working in the middle of this bee hive (avoiding hot plates and flaming frying pans) is frantic, yet rewarding and appetizing when you look at these great dishes.
