Traditionally the most challenging part of what we do, Client Services is never cookie cutter. Too much and we risk adding inefficiency and cost, too little and we risk mindless building with a lack of a clear vision. Each client we engage with is assigned a team specific to their needs i.e. creative focused, tech focused, sales focused, etc. and that team is with the project from cradle to grave. And since we have no “B” team, every project has input from our most senior staff.
